Mountain Men and Women and their families gathered near the Grand Encampment Museum at Encampment for the Rendezvous.

Activities for kids included a sawdust pile containing coins and candy; a candy cannon and games.

Trade goods were offered including willow chairs, leather, beads, beadwork, antique and collectible items.

Skill contests with black powder rifles and hatchets added to the good times.

Everyone works hard to preserve the authenticity of the dwellings, equipment and activities as compared to the lifestyle of the mountain man/ fur trapper of the past
